The Heaton conservatory team recently completed a beautiful extension for us. The process began with an initial on site consultation (my wife and I were unsure exactly what we wanted). We were expertly talked through a few different options - deciding upon a fantastic light summer room with floor to ceiling windows and a huge vaulted ceiling. We were given a start date and cost. The build was completed swiftly and on budget. I would have no hesitation in recommending Heaton conservatories to others. They have polite, honest, professional and extremely helpful! We now have an extra room to enjoy and have added value to our house!

THE BUILDING. Every professional tradesman arrived on time, finished the job on time and at the end of each day the site was neat and tidy. We had expert tradesman who not only did a fabulous job but who were friendly and enthusiastic about the replica Rolex project.

If you go to Heaton's there is no pressure and all the advice is to give the customer best value for money and also to give them exactly what they want. This is a really professional outfit and we recommend it without hesitation.

From the first visit of Shaun we were impressed. Our needs and wishes were discussed and solutions offered to our perceived difficulties. A design was arrived at that met and satisfied our requirements. There was no hard sell, just friendly discussion.

We were pleased with the way in which they managed every aspect of our new conservatory from demolition and removal of the old conservatory to final completion, co-ordinating the various trades involved.

We needed some extra space for our little one and decided a conservatory was the best option. We got a number of quotes and designs about the fake Rolex, but nothing compared to the quality and detail Heaton offered for a similar price. I had some initial ideas and believed they were well thought out, but Shaun offered so many other great options which actually saved us money.

Each stage of the work was carried out smoothly and no inconvenience was caused to us at all. We had a slight problem with the new location of the outside tap but Shaun got the plumber to come back the next day and it was sorted in no time. Overall, we are extremely happy with the end product and would recommend them to anybody.

Heaton Conservatories have built us an Orangery style conservatory which exceeds our best expectations. We have a "Victorian mock Tudor" house requiring a sympathetic design with a difficult shape and with some constraints. Heaton saw the difficulties, overcame them and gave us exactly what we wanted. They gave us confidence from the first visit by an advisor to discuss our requirements, no hard sell or gimmicks, just good practical advice and suggestions. They gave us a good price and turned up on time.

He supervised most of the site work and it was a pleasure to have them here. There was always someone present and the other trades, plumber, electrician, plasterer etc. were co-ordinated seamlessly. Everything was left spotless, frame, windows and floor when finished. As for after sales service, there were a couple of minor snags but he came back 2 days later and fixed them.

I do not hesitate to recommend them, don't go anywhere else if you want a high quality product, well executed and at a sensible price.

Our conservatory was completed in the Spring by Heatons, Bolton. We've waited a while before reviewing to check no leaks! So far so good! This firm was excellent! From initial discussions with Sean (who tuned in to our ideas and was really helpful and skilled at suggesting alternatives where necessary) to completion, they could not be faulted. Where we felt something needed doing that had not been done, it was sorted immediately. Everybody working on the conservatory was hard working, pleasant and skilled and a delight to have on our property. The resulting conservatory is lovely. They are not the cheapest but I would highly recommend
